Business Framework: Do You Have Everything??

Are starting your bridal hair business and you're not sure where to begin? Or maybe you've had your bridal hair business side hustle for awhile and you're trying to take it to the next level. Either way, here's a simple framework to make sure you have your ducks in a row. Take a look at this outline and make sure you've got all the things: this will set your biz up for success!

• Decide on your business name! Do a little research and find one that you can have an easy to remember domain name and social media handles

• File your name with your state or if you're not in the US, the appropriate local authority. Make your biz official! This also makes doing your taxes a little bit easier.

• Open a business bank account. I cannot stress this enough. Don't mix your business income and your personal income and then try to separate it later-it gets super messy and makes taxes tricky. Head to your bank and let them know you want to open a business bank account. It's free and super easy, and then start using that account to collect payments and to pay any expenses you have.

• Create your business website or landing page. Don't let this intimidate you! I recommend wix (that's what this is!) or squarespace to get started.
